Our Strong R&D Capabilities are a testament to our commitment to innovation and excellence. Located in Taiwan, our R&D center boasts over 30 years of expertise in reactor and transformer design, consistently delivering performance that surpasses industry standards. Leveraging our proprietary design software, we can simulate structures and key parameters from all perspectives, enabling us to offer customized solutions tailored to our customers' specific needs. As of 2023, LTEC has secured more than 120 invention patents, utility model patents, software copyrights, and other intellectual property rights. Since 2018, we have been recognized as a Jiangsu Enterprise Graduate Workstation, fostering deep collaborations with prestigious institutions such as Xi'an Jiaotong University and Jiangsu University. These partnerships enable us to engage in graduate training, product development, and technological innovation, ensuring we remain at the forefront of our industry.

Production Management

LTEC strictly adheres to quality control standards, following the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications by IQNET and CQC, as well as intellectual property management systems. We promote digital management throughout the production process, ensuring that our products are fully traceable. Our commitment to quality extends to the selection of UL and ROHS certified insulation materials, and we apply VPI vacuum pressure impregnation treatment to all reactors and transformers we produce.

Testing Capacity

The testing facility area covers about 1500 square meters, for comprehensive testing of dry type reactors and transformers. We can perform the routine, type and special tests, such as temperature rise, AC withstand voltage, lightning impulse. All the products will be 100% tested before delivery, along with the full testing reports and technical drawings for file.
